MS: Busting the Myths

Have you ever experienced barriers to employment as a direct result of your Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis? Or do you know someone who has?
Multiple Sclerosis New Zealand is interested to know what barriers to employment people with MS across the country have experienced, or are currently experiencing, and what support would be beneficial.
It is well documented that Multiple Sclerosis has an impact on employment and we are seeking responses from people with MS at all stages of their condition to help inform and effect change.
Please help us to further our understanding of how MS has impacted your employment by completing this survey and go in the draw to win one of two prizes.
